Sustainable micromobility

In Árima we take our cues from the tenants themselves, focusing on their concerns and the improvements that are most important to them, such as sustainable mobility. Thus, both in assets in operation and under development, we are concerned with installing sustainable mobility solutions. Bicycle racks have been already installed in 71% of the portfolio in operation and when the renovations are completed, there will be more than 45 electric bicycles available to tenants.

We have reached an agreement with Ecobike® to make their bicycles available in our properties. These incorporate innovative photocatalytic technology which helps to destroy viruses and bacteria, eliminate odours, and purify the air thanks to treatment with PURETI.
