Árima has charging points in 100% of the assets in operation. This responds to the collaboration between owner and tenant in the search for more sustainable transport alternatives. With these investments, user satisfaction increases, improving their perception of the asset and favouring long-lasting relationships.

Considering the Group’s refurbishment projects there will be a total 190 spaces with chargers for electric vehicles, representing 11% of the total spaces in the portfolio. Thanks to the web applications for monitoring the installation, we can analyse the day-to-day operation of the chargers, obtaining interesting metrics on the benefits of their use.
